JAMSHEDPUR – The Filariasis Department is conducting a door-to-door campaign to prevent dengue and chikungunya during the monsoon.

The campaign involves spraying medicines and distributing pamphlets to educate residents.

Health workers are informing people about keeping their homes clean and preventing water stagnation in old tires, utensils, coolers, and flowerpots.

Residents are advised to wear full-body covering clothes and use mosquito nets.

These preventive measures aim to protect people from these diseases and ensure their safety.

The campaign is being actively carried out across municipal and block levels.

The department is determined to keep the community healthy and free from disease.
