L&T Honored for Year-Round Blood Donation Support

MCKS and Red Cross organize successful blood donation camp

160 donors contribute at Red Cross Building event, L&T recognized for ongoing support.

JAMSHEDPUR – MCKS Food for the Hungry and Indian Red Cross Society, East Singhbhum, jointly organized a blood donation camp at the Red Cross Building.

The blood donation drive began with MCKS members garlanding the portrait of founder Master Choa Kok Sui.

Infrastructure company L&T supported the event, with its employees also donating blood.

Enthusiasm among donors remained high throughout the day, with 160 people donating blood for humanitarian service.

Key MCKS members including Abha Thakur, Anurag Kumar, and Sharmina Parikh encouraged donors and played crucial roles in organizing the event.

Red Cross Society’s Honorary Secretary Vijay Kumar Singh boosted donor morale and wished the organizing team well.

The camp was overseen by Red Cross officials including Treasurer Ashutosh Parik and Component Donation In-charge Prabhunath Singh.

L&T was honored by the Red Cross Society and Jamshedpur Blood Center for its year-round support to blood donation camps.

Vijay Kumar Singh presented certificates of appreciation and mementos to L&T officials during the event.

The successful camp showcased strong community participation and corporate support for this vital cause.
