Commercial Activities in Kadma Nursing Home Basement Demolished

JNAC begins action to clear unauthorized commercial activities as per High Court order.

Acting on Jharkhand High Court orders, the JNAC administration started demolishing illegal commercial activities in the basement of Binapani Nursing Home, Kadma.

JAMSHEDPUR – Following Jharkhand High Court’s directives, the JNAC administration began demolishing illegal commercial operations in the basement of Binapani Nursing Home, Kadma, on Tuesday.

Under police supervision, the basement was first vacated.

On the first day, manual labor was used to break the basement stairs.

However, the basement could not be fully cleared.

The building owner requested more time to remove the encroachments.

Though a bulldozer was brought for demolition, it was not used.

Present at the scene were Jamshedpur Assistant Engineer S.K. Singh, Jamshedpur Special Officer as the magistrate, Assistant Municipal Commissioner of Mango Municipal Corporation, and armed police officers from Kadma police station.

JNAC also issued a notice to the nursing home’s manager to demolish illegal structures and the medical shop operating beyond the allocated space on the first floor.

This action is part of efforts to enforce building regulations and clear illegal constructions.

The administration is determined to comply with the court’s orders.

Residents are closely watching the developments.

Further actions are expected to complete the clearance.
