Manipal Tata Medical College Boosts Digital Learning in East Singhbhum Schools
40 laptops donated to 20 government schools by medical college
Manipal Tata Medical College’s latest CSR initiative aims to enhance technological access and skills for students in East Singhbhum, building on previous efforts.
JAMSHEDPUR – Manipal Tata Medical College of Jamshedpur has demonstrated its dedication to digital education in the area by giving computers to government schools.
In the direction of increasing digital literacy in the East Singhbhum District, the Manipal Tata Medical College (MTMC) has made a noteworthy advancement.
Twenty government schools received forty computers from the organization as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program.
This program expands on the successful endeavor from the previous year, which saw the distribution of 75 computers to 15 schools.
The main objective is to provide students with essential technology skills so they can be ready for a future where digital breakthroughs will drive society more and more.
Headmasters and principals of the participating schools attended the distribution event, which was held at TMA Pai Hall on the MTMC campus.
"We want to help the East Singhbhum District with its educational needs," an Outreach Department representative from MTMC stated.
Several luminaries graced the occasion, including the MTMC director and dean as well as representatives from the district education department.
Manipal Academy of Higher Education’s component unit MTMC is still committed to community development and medical education in Jamshedpur.
