Transfer Orders Issued by Jharkhand High Court
Judicial Magistrate N Kumar, facing serious allegations including rape and harassment, has been transferred to Godda.
Jamshedpur – Judicial Magistrate N Kumar, who faces severe allegations including rape and harassment, has been transferred to Godda.
The transfer order was issued on Wednesday by Jharkhand High Court Registrar General Mohammad Shakir.
Along with Kumar, Godda Judicial Magistrate Surendra Bedia has been transferred to Jamshedpur.
Three other judicial magistrates have also been transferred as per the same notification.
The case against Narendra Kumar involves serious accusations from a woman employed at his house, who has filed a complaint at Bistupur Police Station.
The allegations include rape, abortion, bigamy, and harassment.
Following these accusations, Kumar initially took a two-day leave and then extended his absence without approval.
Advance Bail Hearing Transferred
The district principal and session judge Anil Kumar Mishra’s court could not conduct the hearing for Kumar’s advance bail due to technical reasons.
The case has now been transferred to the court of ADJ-2 Abhash Verma, where the hearing for the advance bail and further proceedings will take place.
The victim’s statement under Section 164 has already been recorded.
On Tuesday, Kumar’s lawyer Prakash Jha filed a petition for advance bail in the district principal and session judge’s court.
The allegations against Kumar include rape, abortion, bigamy, and harassment.
Accusations and Legal Proceedings
The judicial magistrate Narendra Kumar has been accused by a woman working at his residence in Bistupur.
She has filed a case alleging that Kumar committed rape, caused an abortion, entered a second marriage, and subjected her to harassment.
The case has brought significant attention and led to the recent transfer orders.
