Jharkhand’s political scenario has undergone a complete transformation within five months, with Hemant Soren’s return as Chief Minister bringing significant changes to the cabinet composition.

RANCHI – Chief Minister Hemant Soren has unveiled his new cabinet, marking a strategic shift in Jharkhand’s political landscape as the state approaches assembly elections. The distribution of ministries among the new ministers too is expected soon. All 11 new ministers were administered the oath of secrecy by the Governor at Raj Bhavan on Monday.

1. Champai Soren returns as minister, replacing Basant Soren

2. Baidyanath Ram inducted as minister from SC quota

3. Irfan Ansari replaces Alamgir Alam in Congress quota

4. Deepika Pandey Singh replaces Badal Patralekh from Congress
