RANCHI – Former minister Alamgir Alam has requested the court’s permission to participate in the upcoming assembly session on Monday.
His lawyer has filed a petition in the PMLA court, which is set for hearing on the same day.
Alamgir Alam was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on May 15 in connection with a tender scam.
Currently, he is in judicial custody at Hotwar jail.
