Proposals for Polling Booth Name and Building Changes Reviewed in West Singhbhum

DC Kuldeep Chaudhary held a meeting with political party representatives to discuss changes to polling booth names and buildings in West Singhbhum.

CHAIBASA – DC Kuldeep Chaudhary of West Singhbhum convened a meeting with political party representatives to review proposals for changing the names and buildings of various polling booths.

The meeting, held in the Samaharnalay auditorium, included discussions with ERO/AERO officials and leaders from different political parties.

Chaudhary emphasized the importance of ensuring that the proposed changes are thoroughly reviewed to facilitate a smooth electoral process.

He stated, "It is crucial to address any issues with polling booth locations and names to ensure voters have clear and accessible polling stations."

The meeting aimed to gather input from all stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding the proposed changes.

Earlier in the day, DC Chaudhary also conducted a weekly janata darbar to hear grievances from citizens.

During the janata darbar, he listened to various issues from residents across the district and directed relevant officials to take necessary actions according to regulations.

The janata darbar saw participation from citizens who brought forth problems related to different departments, seeking timely resolutions.

The district administration’s proactive approach in addressing both electoral and public grievances highlights its commitment to efficient governance and public service.
