DBMS English School Hosts Motivational Workshop

JYOTI Club Brings Expert Trainer to Inspire High School Students

Local schools unite for engaging session on goal-setting and stress management.

JAMSHEDPUR – The JYOTI Club of DBMS English School organized a compelling motivational workshop for high school students, featuring renowned trainer Nimiisha Ranpara.

Students from DBMS English School and nine other Jamshedpur institutions participated in the two-hour session held at the school auditorium.

Nimiisha Ranpara, Founder and Director of Excel Train Smart, led the workshop, sharing her expertise as a certified trainer and mindfulness coach.

"Our goal is to equip students with practical tools for success and well-being," Ranpara explained during the session.

The event kicked off with a welcome speech by Khyatishree, the JYOTI Club’s student president, followed by Palak Ganeriwal’s prayer dance.

Ranpara introduced the BUS (Believe, Unleash, and Smart work) concept, guiding students through goal-setting and concentration techniques.

The ten-step process focused on effective strategies for stress reduction and distraction management.

DBMS English School Principal Rajani Shekhar presented a token of appreciation to Ranpara at the workshop’s conclusion.

Yuvraj Sethi, JYOTI Club Director, delivered the vote of thanks, wrapping up the enriching experience.

The event highlighted the importance of motivational training in nurturing students’ personal and academic growth.

Both teachers and students expressed enthusiasm about applying the learned techniques in their daily lives.
