JAMSHEDPUR – GM of South East Railway, Anil Kumar Mishra, visited Tatanagar and Adityapur stations, inspecting various aspects of the ongoing work with officials.
During his visit, Mishra checked all the station gates, parcel areas, and scanners.
He informed the media about the redevelopment plans for Tatanagar railway station, which are awaiting approval.
Mishra assured that new facilities would be introduced and emphasized the importance of trains running on time.
The recent delays were attributed to the busy railway lines due to summer special trains.
Adityapur station is also set for development, with plans to lay a third railway line and ongoing work on a fourth line.
He highlighted that encroachment will be addressed during the development work, with assistance from the state government.
Mishra’s visit underscores the commitment to improving infrastructure and services at these key railway stations.
