Weapons Recovered from Car; Accused Planned Criminal Activity

Birsanagar police in Jamshedpur have arrested two criminals with weapons, identified as Vijay Pradhan and Pradyuman Pradhan, residents of Asangi in the RIT police station area of Seraikela-Kharsawan district.

JAMSHEDPUR – Birsanagar police have apprehended two armed criminals, Vijay Pradhan and Pradyuman Pradhan, and seized weapons from them.

The police recovered two country-made pistols and four live bullets from the accused.

City SP Mukesh Kumar Lunayat disclosed that the police acted on a tip-off about a car heading towards Hurlung via Baridih, carrying two armed individuals.

A police team was quickly formed and set up a checkpoint near Moharda.

During the search, police stopped the car and discovered the weapons inside.

Interrogation revealed that the accused were planning to commit a criminal act.

City SP Lunayat noted that Vijay Pradhan had been released from jail on June 3.

This arrest highlights the police’s commitment to maintaining law and order in the region.
