Mitra Healthy Humanity Organizes Successful Blood Donation Camp in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur Blood Bank Collects 65 Units; Inspiring Participation from First-Time Donors

The blood donation camp, organized by Mitra Healthy Humanity, saw enthusiastic participation and collected 65 units of blood, highlighting the community’s commitment.

JAMSHEDPUR – The social organization Mitra Healthy Humanity recently organized a successful blood donation camp at Jamshedpur Blood Bank (JBB).

The event resulted in the collection of 65 units of blood.

Enthusiastic participation from the city’s residents marked the event.

Among the donors were ten first-time donors and Suman Jha, a female donor who inspired other women to contribute.

Esteemed guests graced the occasion, including East Singhbhum District Council Vice President Pankaj Singh and former Vice President Rajkumar Singh.

Other notable attendees included JBB GM Sanjay Chaudhary, Press Club of Jamshedpur President Sanjeev Bhardwaj, and Prateek Sangharsh Foundation Director Arijit Sarkar.

Sanjay Choudhary highlighted Jamshedpur’s unique contribution to blood donation.

He emphasized that despite only one percent of eligible individuals donating blood, the city has never faced shortages or anemia-related issues among patients.

Choudhary expressed gratitude to all social organizations in Jamshedpur for their consistent efforts in organizing blood donation camps.

The event saw the presence of representatives from Mitra Healthy Humanity.

Key members included Secretary Smita Kumari, Treasurer Nikhil Sinha, Devendra Singh, Santosh Chaubey Vaibhav, Swastik Pathak, Adarsh Verma, and Yuvraj Prasad.

Their participation reflected the organization’s commitment to promoting health and well-being in the community.

The event was a testament to the community’s dedication to supporting health initiatives.
