JAMSHEDPUR – MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur is facing allegations of negligence from the family of Suraj Kumar, a 28-year-old resident of Bagbera, who passed away on Friday morning after being admitted to the hospital the previous evening.
Suraj Kumar was admitted to MGM Hospital at 6 pm on Thursday, suffering from breathing difficulties, for which he was provided with oxygen support.
However, the family alleges that the patient did not receive adequate care in the hospital, with the doctor visiting only once since his admission, despite his critical condition.
Amrita Kumari, the sister of the deceased, revealed that her brother worked in the catering industry and had no prior health issues, but had been restless due to lack of sleep for three days.
The family members expressed their anger and frustration over the alleged lack of attention and care provided to Suraj Kumar during his stay at the hospital.
