TRF Enhances Voter Accessibility by Donating Wheelchairs for Lok Sabha Election 2024

In a significant gesture to support electoral accessibility, TRF has donated wheelchairs to aid elderly and physically challenged voters in Jamshedpur, aligning with district guidelines for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election.

JAMSHEDPUR – TRF has taken a commendable step towards enhancing voter accessibility by contributing wheelchairs to the District Administration, ensuring that every voter can participate in the upcoming Lok Sabha Election.

On May 2, 2024, TRF provided 20 wheelchairs to assist those facing mobility challenges, ensuring they can access polling stations with ease.

This initiative aligns with the District Administration’s guidelines that emphasize the importance of enabling every eligible voter to cast their ballot.

The handover was facilitated by Mr. Uday Kumar, Nodal Officer of the TRF SVEEP Committee, who delivered the wheelchairs to the District Social Welfare Office.

This contribution is part of the broader “Vote Karega Jamshedpur” mission, which aims to increase voter turnout and participation through enhanced accessibility.

By supporting this initiative, TRF demonstrates its commitment to community service and participation in democratic processes, setting a positive example for corporate social responsibility.
