Hotel Rahul Palace Initiates Blood Donation Drive on Labor Day
Chandil’s Local Hotel Conducts Charitable Blood Donation Event
At the heart of Chandil Bazaar in the Seraikela Kharsawan district, Hotel Rahul Palace spearheaded a voluntary blood donation camp, aligning with World Labor Day on May 1st. This initiative, supported by the MGM Blood Center of Jamshedpur, aimed to supply free blood for those in need within the Ichagarh assembly constituency.
CHANDIL – At Chandil Bazaar, Hotel Rahul Palace played a pivotal role by organizing a voluntary blood donation event to benefit the local community.
The camp, facilitated in collaboration with the Swachh Chandil Swasthya Chandil organization, was inaugurated amidst notable community figures including social worker Sukhram Hembram and MGM Blood Center’s Dr. Vikas Ghosh.
A significant feature of the event was the participation of Danagi Soren, a female donor who significantly motivated other women to contribute.
The event saw a strong turnout from the villagers, who eagerly participated in the blood donation drive.
In addition to this health-focused initiative, the hotel continues its commitment to local welfare through various social service activities, including daily garbage collection and market sanitation drives led by its staff and community members.
Looking ahead, the hotel has committed to hosting at least two such camps annually to ensure the constituency does not face a blood shortage.
