Shooting Incident Near Cable Company in Jamshedpur, Youths Escape Unharmed

Attempted Attack on Two Young Men Highlights Rising Concerns Over Local Security

A shocking incident unfolded near the Cable Company turn in Golmuri, Jamshedpur, where criminals fired upon two youths riding on a scooter, luckily leaving them unharmed.

JAMSHEDPUR – The quiet of Golmuri was shattered when unidentified assailants opened fire on Suraj Singh and Sandeep Singh, who were traveling towards their home from Cable Town Number 5 Road.

The Golmuri police were promptly informed about the shooting and recovered two shell casings at the scene, confirming that shots had indeed been fired.

Police are now scouring CCTV footage from the area to identify the culprits and understand the sequence of events.

According to Sandeep, the assailants, identified as Laddu Singh, Sumit Yadav, Amarjeet, Veer Singh, among others, intercepted them in a car and fired approximately five rounds before fleeing.

Sandeep has accused these individuals of harboring a grudge against him for allegedly aiding the police in their arrest related to thefts at the cable company.

This attack is said to be a retaliatory act for what the assailants believe was Sandeep’s role in their previous incarceration.

As the investigation progresses, the incident raises significant concerns about safety and crime in the area, prompting local authorities to increase vigilance.
