Rain and Temperature Drop in Jharkhand Forecasted

Kolhan experiences a significant drop in temperatures, with Jamshedpur recording 33.0°C, amidst cloudy conditions and light rain.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Kolhan region, including Jamshedpur, experienced a noteworthy drop in day temperatures under cloudy skies on Thursday.

Jamshedpur’s maximum temperature fell to 33.0 degrees Celsius, marking a five-degree decrease.

Seraikela and West Singhbhum also saw reduced temperatures, recording maximums of 32.6°C and 31.1°C, respectively.

Lohardaga reported 4.5 mm of rainfall, contributing to the cooler weather conditions across the region.

The weather forecast for Friday predicts a mixed scenario in Jharkhand, with wind gusts and thunder expected in several districts, including Garhwa, Palamu, and East Singhbhum.

A yellow alert for lightning has been issued, indicating potential weather-related disruptions.
