Jamshedpur Shopkeeper Loses Money
Employee Flees With Cash, Threatens Owner in Jamshedpur
A shop employee in Jamshedpur absconds with Rs 3.50 lakh, threatening the owner’s life if not reimbursed.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a disturbing event, a long-time employee of Masala Patti Sevak Pooja Bhandar in Bistupur has turned against his employer, issuing life threats over a significant sum of money.
The owner, Ravi Anand Srivastava, is grappling with both financial and personal safety threats due to the actions of an ex-employee, the accused.
P Singh, having worked for 15 years at the shop, vanished with Rs 3.50 lakh claiming it was for his mother’s surgery, and has since been unreachable.
Despite efforts to resolve the issue amicably, Singh has not returned to work, and his current location remains a mystery.
This has left Srivastava in a precarious position, facing not only the loss of a trusted employee but also a substantial financial hit.
The incident, which took place six months ago, has seen little progress, deepening the shop owner’s distress.
Srivastava had reported the theft to the Bistupur police station immediately, yet the case remains unresolved.
