Locals condemn the incident, question the motive behind harming the harmless animal
In a shocking incident that has left the residents of Jamshedpur appalled, a bull was found wandering the streets of Burmamines, bleeding profusely after being shot with an arrow by an unidentified assailant.
JAMSHEDPUR – An atrocious and completely inhuman act by an ‘unidentified antisocial criminal’ has come to limelight in Jamshedpur, in which a bull was shot with an arrow and left to roam around in a bleeding condition.
The incident, believed to have occurred on Tuesday night, came to light when local residents stepped out for their morning walk on Wednesday and discovered the injured bull in a bloody state.
They immediately informed the Gaushala and the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) about the distressing situation.
According to locals, the bull was a familiar sight in the area and had never caused harm to anyone.
"The bull always roams in this area and has never posed a threat or caused any trouble," said a local resident, expressing disbelief at the cruelty inflicted upon the animal.
The incident has sparked outrage among the community, with many people condemning the heinous act.
"What harm did this voiceless animal do to anyone to deserve such brutality?" questioned another resident, highlighting the lack of empathy and compassion displayed by the perpetrator.
Efforts to control and provide medical treatment to the injured bull have been initiated by the authorities.
The incident has once again brought to the forefront the need for stricter laws and enforcement to prevent cruelty against animals and to ensure that those responsible for such acts are brought to justice.
The local police have launched an investigation into the matter, and residents are hopeful that the culprit will be identified and held accountable for this inhumane act.
