JAMSHEDPUR – Prompt action by authorities restored government land to its rightful state in Gunomoy Colony, Mango, in compliance with the Jharkhand High Court’s ruling.
This legal battle, spanning several years, concluded with the High Court’s decision mandating the immediate removal of encroachments.
The operation began at Shyam Sundar Agarwal’s residence, where the land was measured and the encroached portion demolished.
A JCB was deployed by the enforcement team to execute the High Court’s orders efficiently.
Assistant Municipal Commissioner Sameer Bodra and Municipal Manager Jitendra Kumar of Mango Municipal Corporation were appointed magistrates to supervise the operation.
