Jamshedpur Women’s University hosted a vibrant Holi Milan ceremony, featuring cultural performances and heartfelt wishes from Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anjila Gupta, encapsulating the festive spirit.
JAMSHEDPUR – The campus of Jamshedpur Women’s University came alive with colors and cultural exuberance as it celebrated Holi Milan, under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anjila Gupta.
The ceremony included a diverse range of programs, from a painting presentation by Political Science student Anjali Soren, illustrating Maharashtra lifestyles, to mesmerizing Sufi and traditional music by Dr. Sanatan Deep and his students.
Highlighting the rich tapestry of Indian cultures, graduate students performed a Rajasthani dance, choreographed by Sudha Deep, while Mass Communications students showcased a fusion of Indian classical and Western dance, directed by Shalini Prasad.
The Bio Tech department students further elevated the festive mood with energetic dance performances, including the vibrant ‘Jogila Sa Ra Ra.
MBA students and NSS volunteers contributed to the festivities with group dances and song presentations, reflecting the community’s artistic talents.
Registrar Rajendra Kumar Jaiswal expressed gratitude towards all participants for their collective efforts in making the event a success.
