Community and NCC cadets unite in a significant rally at Jubilee Park
In a remarkable display of community engagement and awareness, the Jamshedpur Community Development Program witnessed a significant rally and street drama at Jubilee Park, led by the 37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC.
JAMSHEDPUR – The event, marked by the participation of 300 NCC cadets, focused on educating the public about road safety through posters, banners, and performances, emphasizing the adoption of road safety standards.
Colonel Vijay Ahuja highlighted the collective moral responsibility to raise public awareness on critical issues, commending the support from JUSCO, Tata Steel, and educational institutions in making the event a success.
The awareness campaign covered vital topics including the importance of wearing helmets and seatbelts, understanding the POCSO Act, preventing infectious diseases, alleviating children’s stress, and promoting voter awareness.
This initiative not only aimed at road safety but also addressed several significant social issues, reflecting a comprehensive approach to community well-being.
