Massive Demand for Housing and Credit Cards in Jharkhand Campaign

Jharkhand’s ‘Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ campaign receives an overwhelming 57 lakh applications for various schemes.

RANCHI – The ‘Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ campaign in Jharkhand has witnessed an exceptional response, with 1.55 lakh applications for the Guruji Credit Card and a remarkable 30 lakh applications for housing.

Despite this impressive turnout, the challenge of homelessness remains, as over 30 lakh people in the state are still without homes.

As the campaign, which started on November 24, approaches its end in Latehar on December 27 and Ranchi on December 29, it has garnered a total of 57 lakh 35 thousand 964 applications across different schemes.

Out of these, 19 lakh 74 thousand 278 applications have been processed instantly, while the rest are under careful examination.

A key highlight of the campaign is the Abua Housing Scheme, aimed at providing three-room houses to eight lakh people within three years.

The majority of the applications received so far are for the Abua Housing Scheme, highlighting the urgent need for housing in Jharkhand.

This overwhelming response underscores the significant demand for both housing and financial assistance through the Guruji Credit Card among the state’s populace.
