Team NSU Claims Second Place Among 17 in Kolkata Basketball Tournament

In a remarkable display of sportsmanship and teamwork, the NSU basketball boys team clinched the runner-up position in the prestigious Inter University Basketball Tournament hosted by the Budge Budge Institute of Technology in Kolkata. Competing against 16 other teams, NSU showcased exceptional skill and determination throughout the tournament, playing a total of four matches to secure their place in the final.

JAMSHEDPUR – The NSU basketball boys team made an impressive run in the Inter University Basketball Tournament, securing the second spot in a competitive field of 17 teams.

This tournament, organized by the Budge Budge Institute of Technology, Kolkata, witnessed NSU’s team displaying remarkable talent and teamwork, advancing through four challenging matches to reach the final.

The achievement was celebrated in a special event where Mr. Nagendra Kumar, the honourable Registrar of NSU, congratulated the team members on their success.

In the presence of Mr. Syed and Mr. Nazim, the sports in-charges, the team received accolades and best wishes for their future endeavors.
