Training Program Enhances Job Readiness for 68 Students

A collaborative training program by A Literacy Initiative Group (ALIG) and Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT) at Karim City College concluded successfully, leaving a significant impact on students’ readiness for employment.

JAMSHEDPUR – The initiative was praised for its effective approach to enhancing vital employability skills among participants.

Notable contributors to the program’s success included ALIG Trainer Manish Kumar, Nidhi Vartak from Tata Power’s CSR Department, ALIG’s Executive Director Arshad Hasan, Jharkhand State Head Aftab Alam, and Program Coordinator Neha Bhushan.

The training, which saw the participation of 68 students, covered crucial areas like interview techniques, quantitative aptitude, and communication skills.

Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, the college’s principal, highlighted the importance of seizing every job opportunity, inspiring the attendees.

Dr. M.M. Nazri praised the synergy between ALIG and TPCDT and acknowledged the students’ hard work and commitment to learning.

Dr. Vijayalakshmi shed light on future placement opportunities, emphasizing the necessity of student preparedness.

The program’s efficient organization was attributed to Dr. Aftab Alam, contributing to its seamless operation and overall success.
