Birsanagar Police Arrest 4 for Planning Crime in Jamshedpur
Jamshedpur: Birsanagar police station has made a significant breakthrough in apprehending four criminals who were allegedly planning to commit crime and spread fear in the area.
Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a hilly area near Kali Mandir located in Zone No. 6 of Birsanagar and arrested the suspects.
The four arrested individuals have been identified as R Singh, S Lohar, M Liangi, and R Ravidas.
The police seized two illegal country-made pistols, five live cartridges, and one cartridge from them.
Suraj Lohar and Rakesh Kumar Singh have a history of criminal activity in the past.
The police had received information about a gathering of some criminal elements in the area, prompting them to take swift action.
The police said that the four suspects have been sent to judicial custody, and further investigations are underway.
