Rajiv Ranjan Singh Proposes Groundwater Checks to Tackle Summer Water Scarcity

Retired IPS Rajiv Ranjan Singh meets with Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal to discuss proactive measures for East Singhbhum’s impending summer water issues.

JAMSHEDPUR – Rajiv Ranjan Singh recommends repairing borewell pumps before summer hits.

This follows his suggestion to monitor groundwater levels through JNAC, MNAC, and other committees.

The formation of these bodies aims to proactively address water scarcity, Singh pointed out.

Singh discussed the specific water challenges of Mango, Parsudih, Baghbeda, and surrounding areas.

He met with Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal to present these concerns and requested the district officials to ensure that the water related issues are resolved on a priority issue.
