R.V.S College Hosts International Women’s Day Event

In a spirited celebration of International Women’s Day, R.V.S College of Engineering and Technology in Jamshedpur hosted an event recognizing the remarkable contributions of women in academia and society. The celebration, spearheaded by college Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, underscored the vital role of women in shaping the future.

JAMSHEDPUR – RVS College of Engineering and Technology celebrated the International Women’s Day in a big way.

The College Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari highlighted the event’s significance, aligning with global observances despite a schedule adjustment due to Maha Shivratri.

He remarked, "Today’s celebration is a testament to the indomitable spirit and invaluable contributions of women in our college community."

Treasurer Shatrughan Singh expressed admiration for the strength and dedication of women, citing personal inspiration from his mother.

"Women’s resilience and dedication enrich our society and country," Singh stated, acknowledging their societal impact.

The event featured insightful narratives from Professor Dr. Shalini Kumari, Professor Dr. Rekha Tiwari, and Seema Sinha, who shared their experiences.

Acknowledgment was given to Professors Sadan Basar, Anita Giri, Moni Mandal, and Pranshu Sinha for their contributions to the event’s success.

Special thanks were extended to Professor Akanksha Dhanjal for her pivotal role in organizing the celebration.

The gathering served as a platform for expressing gratitude and celebrating the achievements of women in various roles.
