JAMSHEDPUR – AURORA, the inaugural Product Symposium hosted by XLRI Jamshedpur’s ProdZion Club, centered on "Product Pulse: Accelerating the Heartbeat of Innovation," successfully convened industry stalwarts, academicians, and aspiring professionals.
The event, opened by Fr. Donald D’ Silva and featuring an inaugural address by Prof. Sunil Sarangi, spotlighted design thinking, lean startups, and agile methodologies as key to product management success.
Emotional intelligence, core competencies, and adaptability were emphasized as crucial traits for product managers.
A panel titled “Innovation Ignition: Sparking Creativity and Launching Breakthrough Products” explored innovation best practices, underlining incremental development, problem understanding, and user-centric solutions.
Esteemed speakers like Abhishek Goel, Rahul Goyal, and others shared insights on the dynamic nature of product management, emphasizing continuous learning and stakeholder engagement.
