During a thorough inspection, Shri Ananya Mittal, the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, closely reviewed the ongoing arrangements.
This included an evaluation of security, law and order maintenance, and the management of traffic and evacuation procedures.
Guidelines were imparted for the deployment of magistrates, ensuring smooth traffic flow and the efficient organization of parking and barricading within the premises.
Present at the inspection were key officials including the SDM, GM of Jharkhand State Milk Cooperative Federation, and representatives from municipal, public relations, and building construction departments.
