SERAIKELA – The meeting concluded with Deputy Commissioner Shri Ravi Shankar Shukla urging for enhanced vigilance on scheme execution.

Key officials, including Additional Deputy Commissioner Shri Ravindra Gagrai, were present.

They were tasked with ensuring the schemes’ effective implementation through regular zonal reviews.

The Deputy Commissioner highlighted the importance of collaboration among zonal officers for scheme success.

He also focused on resolving technical issues to ensure timely honorarium payments to village heads.

Instructions were given to address payment delays and technical glitches affecting honorarium disbursement.

The meeting underscored the necessity of completing land verification for the Chief Minister Crop Relief Scheme promptly.

Shukla directed the swift completion of registration for the PM Kisan Yojana by March 1.

He expressed concern over the backlog in land verification cases and urged quick resolution.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed the need for team formation to investigate high rejection rates in self mutation cases.

Officials were asked to accelerate progress on pending cases in e-governance and land records.

Shukla gave directives to address delays in case resolutions and improve service delivery.

He called for immediate action to resolve pending cases on the refinement and mutation portals.

The meeting served as a platform for reviewing revenue-related schemes and addressing administrative challenges.
