Demand for CBI Probe into JSSC Paper Leak
AJSU President Calls for Action, Criticizes Government Response
Student AJSU leader demands CBI investigation into the JSSC CGL paper leak, criticizing state government’s handling.
JAMSHEDPUR – Abhishek Shukla, President of Student AJSU at Ranchi University, has called for a CBI inquiry into the JSSC CGL paper leak case.
Shukla decried the delay in lodging an FIR under the new Paper Leak Law Act 2023, 25 days post-incident.
He accused the state government of forming an SIT to protect the culprits rather than prosecute them.
Shukla suggested high-level government involvement in the scandal, alleging efforts to shield them.
The resignation of JSSC President Neeraj Sinha was seen as a move to minimize the issue.
The controversy has ignited frustration among JSSC CGL aspirants and the youth.
Shukla pointed out repeated controversies in state government exams since 2019.
AJSU pledged to persist in protests until a CBI probe is launched, student FIRs are dropped, and the paper leak perpetrators are held accountable.
