Unidentified criminal kills land dealer in Azad Nagar, escapes

Jamshedpur: An unidentified criminal pumped three bullets into the body of a youth, identified as Danish, near Old Purulia Road No. 15 under the jurisdiction of Azad Nagar police station in Jamshedpur. The injured youth was rushed to hospital, but he died on the way.

Soon after receiving information about the incident, a police team led by City SP Subash Chandra Jat reached the site of occurrence.

The assailant managed to escape after firing at Danish.

The City SP Subhash Chandra Jat said that the shooter would soon be identified and arrested.

Danish was a land dealer and he had allegedly been attacked even earlier.

The shooting and subsequent death of the victim caused quite a shock among the locals and caused quite a sensation.

The police are investigating the case.
