Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra Enters Jharkhand Phase

Second Leg of Gandhi’s Rally to Kickstart in Garhwa with Roadshow and Public Meeting

Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra is set to commence its second phase in Jharkhand from Wednesday, marking a significant chapter in the ongoing political campaign.

RANCHI – After concluding the night at Nawabazar block in Palamu, Rahul Gandhi is slated for a roadshow through Palamu’s Chhatarpur on Thursday morning.

This will be followed by his progression into Bihar’s Aurangabad district, showcasing the Yatra’s expansive outreach.

Gandhi’s entry into Jharkhand through Godarmana of Garhwa signifies the start of this phase, with a roadshow in Garhwa and a public assembly at Bishrampur’s B Mod.

The Congress party is making final arrangements in Palamu, with senior leaders including Ghulam Mohammad Mir and Rajesh Thakur overseeing the preparations.

Anticipation is high for Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge’s expected participation in the Yatra on Thursday.

Security is a paramount concern, with extensive measures transforming the route into a virtual fortress to ensure safety.

Meetings between Rahul Gandhi’s security detail and local administrative officials are being conducted to coordinate the extensive deployment of approximately 5000 soldiers in Palamu and Garhwa.

Gandhi’s presence in Palamu on February 14th and 15th underscores the political significance of the Yatra, as it weaves through Jharkhand and beyond.
