RANCHI – Jharkhand Chief Electoral Officer K Ravi Kumar has announced comprehensive measures for monitoring the 2024 elections, covering all 8963 booths across four parliamentary constituencies.

Organizations should consider providing their employees with paid leave and voting facilities, according to K Ravi Kumar’s urging.

In sixth phase, 290 third-gender voters will cast their votes.

15 unique booths are in place too.

There will be 186 booths handled by women, while 22 will be handled by youth.

Giridih had the least number of voters.

Dhanbad had the highest number of voters in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections 2024, with a total of 82,16,506 voters.

Speedy voting training has been provided to polling personnel.

Using web casting, the voting speed will be monitored by the Election Commission.

All booths have been equipped with basic facilities and para military force.

Each booth is equipped with four-D cameras both inside and outside.

Monitoring will be overseen from the control room by District Election Officers.

The comprehensive measures are aimed at ensuring a smooth and efficient voting process.

The Election Commission’s use of web casting will help monitor voting speed and address any issues promptly.
