Widespread Stealing at BPM +2 School Disrupts Academic Activities
A daring theft at BPM +2 School in Burmamines left the institution without power, as thieves took away electrical wiring and equipment.
JAMSHEDPUR – Upon discovering the theft early in the morning, it was revealed that culprits had dismantled and stolen the school’s entire wiring network, including the main electric line.
The high mask light within the school premises was also severed, leading to an outage and hampering security measures.
Additionally, solar lights funded by the MLA were taken, further demonstrating the audacity of the theft.
The loss of copper wires and the main line wire resulted in a complete shutdown of electronic operations within the school for the day.
Following the incident, the headmistress promptly reported the theft to the police, initiating an immediate investigation.
In response to the escalating situation, school management sought intervention from MLA Saryu Rai, urging for rigorous action against the perpetrators.
This incident underscores a growing concern over rising criminal boldness in the area, impacting educational facilities and community safety.
