XLRI Event Empowers Young Minds with Industry Icons

Jamshedpur Management Association, in partnership with All India Management Association, orchestrates the successful Shaping Young Minds Programme 2024 at XLRI Auditorium, sparking inspiration and empowerment among young professionals through insights from distinguished personalities.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Shaping Young Minds Programme (SYMP) 2024, a collaborative effort by the Jamshedpur Management Association (JMA) and the All India Management Association (AIMA), was successfully held at the XLRI Auditorium on February 6, 2024.

The initiative was designed to mentor young professionals on self-management, informed career decisions, and the creation of positive workplace environments.

Esteemed figures from various sectors engaged with attendees, sharing their knowledge and experiences.

These speakers included Ambassador Gurjit Singh, Lt Gen Subrata Saha (Retd), Mr. Sunil Alagh, and Dr. Shikha Nehru Sharma, who each contributed their unique perspectives and wisdom.

The program was honored with Mr. TV Narendran, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Steel, serving as the Chief Guest, underscoring Tata Steel’s dedication to the development of young talent and leadership within the community.

The event was met with enthusiastic feedback from students, young professionals, and industry enthusiasts, all of whom appreciated the invaluable insights and inspiration provided by the speakers.
