East Singhbhum Teachers Honored for Union Successes

The East Singhbhum unit of the Jharkhand Minority and Aided Primary School Teachers Association honors its Central Committee members, recognizing their efforts in negotiating with the government.

JAMSHEDPUR – A special felicitation ceremony was organized by the East Singhbhum unit of the Jharkhand Minority and Aided Primary School Teachers Association.

The event, held at Saint Joseph Middle School in Golmuri, celebrated the achievements of the union’s Central Committee members.

Teachers from minority and aided primary schools across the district attended this event.

Ravindra Bahadur Singh, Secretary of the Association, informed that the Jharkhand government has agreed to most of the union’s demands after persistent efforts by the central leadership.

This ceremony was a gesture of appreciation for these significant achievements.

The union, with over 400 teachers across the district, plays a crucial role in advocating for their rights and welfare.

During the ceremony, the Central Committee members were honored for their contributions.

Additionally, the event served as a platform to address any ongoing issues faced by the teachers.

Singh highlighted that while most demands have been met by the government, some are still under consideration, with hopes of resolution soon.

This event symbolizes the positive impact of collective bargaining and the union’s commitment to the betterment of educational professionals.
