DDC Manish Kumar Inaugurates Fourth Edition of SCCI Cricket Event

The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Chamber Premier League Cricket Tournament’s fourth edition kicks off with enthusiasm, inaugurated by DDC Manish Kumar and Rural SP Rishabh Garg, highlighting the intersection of sports and business.

JAMSHEDPUR – The opening day of the tournament witnessed some exciting matches, with PST 11 winning against PRD Blue 11, Industry 11 triumphing over Trade and Commerce 11, and PRD Blue 11 defeating Executive 11.

In the day’s final match, PRD Blue 11 set a challenging target of 126 runs, securing a win against Executive 11.

The second match saw Industry 11 emerge victorious over Trade and Commerce 11, who had aimed for 90 runs.

PST 11 clinched the first game against PRD Blue 11, overcoming a tough target of 107 runs set by their opponents.

SCCI President Vijay Anand Moonka stressed the Chamber’s commitment to social responsibility and encouraged family participation in the event.

DDC Manish Kumar, the chief guest, applauded the integration of business and sports, emphasizing the growth opportunities it presents.

Despite the cold weather, the enthusiasm and dedication of cricket players and chamber members were warmly appreciated by the dignitaries.

SCCI General Secretary Manav Kedia outlined the tournament schedule, with three matches on Wednesday followed by the semi-finals and finals on Thursday, and urged members to bring their families to the games.

The SCCI extended gratitude to sponsors, including Dogout Banzara, Tamasha, Mandarmani Mohit Photography and Medicine Point, Samudra Bilas, and Triveni Engineering Private Limited, for their support.

Prominent Chamber members like Muralidhar Kedia, Vijay Anand Moonka, Manav Kedia, and other executives played key roles in organizing this edition of the Chamber Premier League Cricket Tournament.
