Vimal Baitha, representing the distressed family, demanded Farzana’s immediate discharge and transfer to another hospital, citing concerns over medical malpractice.
The family’s allegations included claims that despite being in the hospital since morning, Farzana had not received medical attention, leading to the tragic discovery of the infant’s death at 3:30 PM.
According to Superintendent Rinku Alam, Farzana Parveen was admitted to MGM Hospital at about 10:30 AM on Monday, leading to the unfolding of the unfortunate events.
In response to the serious accusations, Rinku Alam, superintendent of MGM Hospital, met with Vimal Baitha, who was leading the aggrieved family, to discuss the situation.
