RANCHI – In a surprising turn of events, the India Meteorological Department’s Ranchi Centre has reported a diverse range of weather patterns across Jharkhand.
Jamshedpur, known for its robust steel industry, has witnessed a mild increase in temperature, reaching a pleasant 27.6°C.
This represents a minor hike of +0.6°C in the past 24 hours, with no sign of rain.
Conversely, Chaibasa, celebrated for its tribal heritage, recorded the region’s peak temperature at a soaring 29.8°C, marking a significant rise of +5.1°C within a day.
Data from various automated weather stations across the region, including Khunti and Bokaro, indicates a mix of warm and cooler temperatures, with a general absence of rainfall.
Ranchi’s specific weather data, focusing on Hinoo and Tatisilwai, highlights a dry and stable climate, with slight variations in temperature but no precipitation.
The current forecast predicts no major rain, suggesting a period of dry weather, although residents should prepare for fluctuating temperatures.
Local inhabitants and visitors are advised to remain hydrated and use sun protection during the day, while also keeping a light jacket for cooler evenings, as the weather continues to be unpredictable.
