In anticipation of the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, Jamshedpur has inaugurated an EVM exhibition at the district headquarters to enlighten voters about the voting process and their rights. This initiative, led by senior district officials, aims to ensure a well-informed electorate for the upcoming elections.

JAMSHEDPUR – The district headquarters of Jamshedpur now hosts an EVM exhibition, a significant step towards educating voters about the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

This exhibition was inaugurated by the district’s SSP and Deputy Development Commissioner, marking its commencement.

The exhibit features EVM and VVPAT machines, providing a hands-on experience for visitors to familiarize themselves with the voting process.

Visitors can engage in sample voting, enhancing their understanding of the practical aspects of voting and the purpose of VVPAT machines.

Senior district officials, who attended the inauguration, participated in sample voting themselves and encouraged public participation.

They emphasized the importance of voter awareness and understanding of the electoral process.

This educational initiative is crucial in fostering a well-informed electorate, ready to exercise their voting rights responsibly in the Lok Sabha elections.

By providing a practical and interactive platform, the exhibition aims to demystify the voting process, especially for first-time voters and those seeking clarity about electronic voting machines.
