In a daring heist in Bagbera, thieves steal Rs 17 lakh from Satendra Singh’s residence, triggering a police investigation.
JAMSHEDPUR – The police have initiated an investigation into the theft at Satendra Singh’s house in Swastik Vatika.
Satendra’s son Sunny discovered the theft in the morning, finding the almirah open and the money missing.
Sunny mentioned that his father returned from the gym and inadvertently left the door unlocked.
Satendra Singh, a collection agent, had Rs 17 lakh in cash at his home from his work collections.
Following the incident, Satendra informed his company’s senior officials about the theft.
An FIR was filed at Baghbeda police station based on Dilip Kumar Thakur’s statement.
The theft occurred between the night of 26th and 27th December under Bagbera police station’s jurisdiction.
Rs 17 lakh in cash was stolen from the residence of Satendra Singh, a resident of Bagbera Colony Road No. 1.
