2 more lives lost to Corona on Friday in Jharkhand

Ranchi: 2 more deaths have been caused by coronavirus in Jharkhand on Friday. The total death toll in the state due to coronavirus has now reached 1,043. Dhanbad and Ranchi districts both reported 1 death each on Friday.

According to official data, 207 new coronavirus infection cases were reported in the state on Friday. With this, the total number of total infections in the state has now reached 1,16,436. On the other hand, 188 patients were also cured and discharged. The total number of patients cured in the state has now reached 1,13,928.

Till date, 49,16,957 samples have been tested in the district. Out of these, 1,16,436 tested positive, while the state has only 1,465 active cases of corona infections.

The recovery rate in the district is now 97.84%, while the mortality rate is 0.89%.
