Ranchi Marwari Conference Elects Lalit Poddar as President for 2024-26

Lalit Kumar Poddar has been elected unopposed as the new president of the Ranchi District Marwari Conference for the term 2024-26 during the general meeting held at Marwari Bhawan.

RANCHI – At the recent Ranchi District Marwari Conference, a host of dignitaries, including President Suresh Kumar Agarwal and other officials, welcomed Lalit Kumar Poddar as the new President for 2024-26.

Sanjay Saraf, the spokesperson for the Ranchi District Marwari Conference, detailed the event’s proceedings, emphasizing the unanimous election of Lalit Kumar Poddar.

The meeting also recognized the contributions of 10 members with flower bunches and mementos.

In addition to electing a new president, the conference showcased the organization’s significant achievements over the past two years.

Suresh Kumar Aggarwal and Kaushal Kumar Rajgarhia played pivotal roles in the meeting’s conduct and conclusion.

The financial transparency of the organization was highlighted by Treasurer Ashok Kumar Narsariya, who presented a detailed account of income and expenditure.

Attendees at the meeting included numerous members such as Pawan Sharma, Pramod Kumar Agarwal, and Vinod Kumar Jain, demonstrating the organization’s extensive community involvement.

General Secretary Lalit Kumar Poddar, prior to his election, reported on the Marwari Conference’s numerous social and public welfare activities.

The meeting culminated in a momentous occasion with Lalit Kumar Poddar being declared as the next President by Election Officer Vinod Kumar Jain.

A noteworthy feature of the conference was the announcement of the swearing-in ceremony for the newly elected president, scheduled for January.
