Jamshedpur’s Leadership Challenge 2023 Crowns Champion
Hill Top School’s Leadership Event Sees Spirited Contest Among Students
The Leadership Challenge 2023, hosted by Hill Top School in collaboration with Grey Caps, concluded with a display of intellectual prowess and leadership skills among students from 16 schools at its Grand Finale in Jamshedpur.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Grand Finale of the Leadership Challenge 2023, hosted by Hill Top School in partnership with Grey Caps, witnessed an intense competition among 32 participants representing 16 schools.
Prof Dr. Fr S George S J, Director of XLRI and Vice Chairman of the XLRI Board of Governors, inaugurated the event with an inspiring address.
Giri Balasubramaniam from Grey Caps, popularly known as Pickbrain, anchored the event, adding vibrancy to the competition.
The competition comprised four challenging rounds, each designed to assess the participants’ leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
In Round 1: First Punch, contestants showcased their quick decision-making skills. Round 2: Think Aloud provided a platform for articulating thoughts and decisions. Round 3: IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) saw participants offering insights on critical issues. The final round, Jury Time, involved intense scrutiny by the judges.
The panel of judges, Pooja Mohanty, Deepa Verma, and Jogender Singh, brought their expertise to the evaluation process.
Juhanaan Ibanjop Lyngdoh from Amber Valley Residential School, Karnataka, was crowned the “Champion of Champions,” with Soumya Sinha from Hill Top School and Pratham Sandhu from D.B.M.S English School as the 1st and 2nd runners-up, respectively.
The event culminated with the assembly singing the School Song, symbolizing unity and achievement among the participants.
