Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren initiates multiple development projects in West Singhbhum, emphasizing village empowerment for state strength and educational support for daughters.
CHAIBASA – Chief Minister Hemant Soren has made a significant impact at the district level ‘Your Scheme, Your Government, Your Door’ program in West Singhbhum district, emphasizing the importance of village strength for the overall development of Jharkhand.
The event, held at the High School ground of Roladih Panchayat in Manjhari Block, saw the CM distributing assets and inaugurating various development schemes.
Soren highlighted the government’s commitment to strengthen villages, affirming that a robust village sector is crucial for a strong state.

Under this vision, the government has approved the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, extending its benefits to all daughters in families across the state.
Additionally, the government has pledged support for higher education, including financial aid through banks.
Marking a significant milestone, CM Soren laid the foundation stone for 137 schemes, valued at ₹422 crore 11 lakh, and inaugurated 94 schemes worth ₹85 crore 64 lakh.
In a grand gesture, assets worth ₹116 crore 42 lakh were distributed among over 81,000 beneficiaries.
The Chief Minister’s address focused on tailored plans to reinforce rural areas, with a special emphasis on constructing 15,000 kilometers of rural roads to seamlessly connect villages and cities.
Acknowledging the demand for increased honorarium by Manki Munda, the government is considering this request seriously.
Further, Soren announced plans to restore language teachers in Kumaradubi Degree College and to develop local tourist destinations, aiming to create both direct and indirect employment opportunities for local residents.
