BJP supporters in Ghatshila Railway Station Chowk jubilantly mark victories in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.
JAMSHEDPUR – The BJP Ghatshila Mandal, led by President Rahul Pandey, erupted in celebration at the Ghatshila Railway Station Chowk on Monday night, following the party’s sweeping victories in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.
The festivities included distributing laddus, setting off fireworks, drumming, and applauding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
Distinguished guests at the event included former district president Dinesh Sao, district councilor and BJP leader Devyani Murmu, and former Ghatshila Assembly candidate Lakhan Mardi.
Lakhan Mardi, in his speech, highlighted that the election results signaled a shift away from caste-based politics and appeasement, crediting Modi’s enduring appeal among the populace.
Devyani Murmu echoed similar sentiments, noting the nation’s recognition of the need to strengthen rural areas, a task she attributed to Prime Minister Modi’s vision.
She commended Modi’s approach to treating impoverished and marginalized communities with dignity, as reflected in the election outcomes.
The celebration witnessed the participation of several BJP dignitaries, including Mandal Vice Presidents Sanjay Agarwal and Jagdish Agarwal, senior leader Kailash Mehta, BJYM District Vice President Kaushik Kumar, Mandal Yuva Morcha President Mantu Prajapati, District OBC Morcha President Saket Agarwal, District Mahila Morcha President Mala De, and MP representative Satyanarayan Confirmation, among others.
Kaushik Kumar expressed his elation, attributing the BJP’s success to Prime Minister Modi’s leadership and asserting the party’s capability to elevate the nation.
He emphasized the electorate’s preference for development-focused governance, viewing it as a testament to the growing trust in Modi and a rejection of the Congress’s policy of appeasement.
