XLRI Jamshedpur Readies for Vice President’s Visit on December 10

Jamshedpur prepares for Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar’s visit to XLRI on Dec 10 with top officials ensuring tight security and smooth arrangements.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankar, is scheduled to attend a one-day event at XLRI School of Management in East Singhbhum on December 10, 2023.

In anticipation of this high-profile visit, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal convened a meeting with district officials to discuss preparations.

The officials inspected the event venue, focusing on security measures and maintaining law and order.

Sub-Divisional Officer Dhalbhum, Piyush Sinha, ASP City Sumit Aggarwal, and other key personnel were present during this inspection.

Detailed plans for the Vice President’s movement, evacuation procedures, barricading, and parking arrangements were reviewed and finalized.

Special attention was given to the deputation of magistrates at the venue, establishing a clear route chart, and ensuring smooth traffic flow during the VIP movement.

The officials emphasized the importance of flawless security and law and order maintenance throughout the event.

Key representatives from XLRI and local administrative officials, including ADM Law and Order Rajeev Ranjan, DCLR Ravindra Gagrai, and DTO Dhananjay, also attended the meeting.
