Jamshedpur – In a significant stride towards environmental conservation and community welfare, Anand Marg Universal Relief Team Global, along with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Plants, Jamshedpur, has distributed over 200 fruit plants in the rural areas of Kukudu, Shisida, and Patmada.
This initiative, part of the Save the Earth campaign, has not only provided fruit plants like guava, mango, jackfruit, and cashew to villagers but also offered food aid.
Over the past 15 years, more than 1.5 lakh saplings have been distributed at no cost by these organizations, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship.
Acharya Manavmitranand Avadhoot of Anand Marg emphasized the dual benefits of this initiative: aiding the environment and reducing poverty.
